View from a train: Vermonter - Essex Jct station

A view of the simple station at Essex Junction, which is the station serving Burlington since the downtown area is about 4 miles away on a branch line. I will get off at Waterbury, the next station down the line in about 25 minutes, completing my Amtrak circle trip for 2008.

It was a great trip with a lot of great scenery and good times in NYC. I'm already planning my circle trip for 2009... on some different routes. See you next time!
