Opening up a culvert

CMRR volunteers work to open a clogged culvert and realign track for passenger service. The young man in the hole is also a locomotive engineer student learning the ropes and advancing thru the ranks. CMRR volunteers do everything from track work to train crews. No job is beneath them.
