Opening a Culvert at MP 23.3

The track crew worked at 23.3 today, opening a culvert and jacking and tamping several spots in this area. Here the crew is using a tree to open up a long-clogged culvert. Earler, the huge stone shown under the tree was removed from the culvert, allowing proper flow, and the tree helped remove the buildup of mud and smaller rocks.
