Hello this view is taken on Washington Road in Waldoboro, Me. if you looked to the right of where I am standing just across Rt. 1 is Moody's Diner. Maine Eastern uses this line along with Pan Am to service Dragon Cement and other Businesses. Maine Eastern also runs passenger service on the line during the summer months and with the Proposed expansion of the Amtrak Downeaster to Brunswick this line could readally be one of the buisiest rail lines in the State. This view is looking toward Thomaston and Rockland.
