Removing Ties and Scarifying at MP 4.2

Jim Kinns is digging out ties at MP 4.2 with help from Steve Kijak, and Dick Wilhelm is scarifying with assistance from Raphael DeMeglio. Note the siding at the left, which was once the lead to the NYO&W interchange in Kingston. The CMRR plans to remove this siding and use the switch elsewhere on the line.
