There is a GP-7 in the distance and another working the beverage warehouse across the right of way--see the following photo. The headquarters seem to be located in the trailer to the left of the photo. The Bay Colony no longer keeps an engine four miles to the west at Mid City Scrap. Could the Watuppa be looking up?
