Dunderberg Spiral Railway, View from Loop, Jones Point, NY This view was taken from the circular fill on the loop connecting the Lower and Upper planes. A partially constructed level can be seen below. Cars would have traversed the level from left to right as they coasted 13 miles to the bottom of the grade.
