Former Wilmington and Western Loco #37, a 2-8-2T tank locomotive sits on a siding adjacent to the Marshallton yard. This locomotive once ran on the WWRR, but is rumored to have been sold to a railroad out west. It was apparently supposed to be restored to operating condition by a prominent shop in PA before heading to its new owner, but the locomotive has not moved from this spot in several years.
