Moving the Concord Capital Plumbing Boxcar

Hooked to NEGS Plow extra 2370, the Capital Plumbing boxcar is being pulled from its spot by the building, to the team track, and then to track 10 for storage. The boxcar has been donated to the Potter Place historical group.
