This sight is not so unusual at the Ringos site. There is a lot of action in the yard these days. I was speaking with the engineer of #752 and he informed me that pipe is being brought in by rail to Ringos and then being transferred to flatbead trucks which then transpiort the pipe to an Edison construction site. When I asked why there was also railroad train parts loaded on flatbeads he either could not or would not answer.
