Signals...CPF 100

Hello, this is the signal tower @ Leeds Junction, Me. Track here is double across the road and is triple when a spur goes to the left. To make the colors the top left is Red the bottom is Green and the one one the upper right is Blue. I was wondering what the Blue one meant? I know green means go and red means a train could be coming toward you on the same track. Sorry for no lighting conditions. Update 11-15-07 A signal man from Pan Am sent me this info: Hi, my name is Matt, I am a signalman for pan am and I figured i'd give you my best shot at explaining it. This is a section that has Automatic block signaling only....no control from Billerica....the Mec North of cpf100 has quite a few sections of dark territory that Billerica cant see.......the Blue lights used are Rare....the only ones other than this are CPF 242 in Rollingsford and CPN28 in Manchester....I believe there may be another one out West.....Ii hope this attachment helps. Search nerail for photos of cpf 242 and cpn 28 for some actual examples....on 242 you'll see the home signal for track 2 is to the right of the yard lead......below that home signal you'll see a little dwarf that protects the yard lead.....that home signal uses the Blue light to tell the train crews that the home signal governs movements on track 2......it would have been too costly to use another cantilever here...the new cantilever was used for optimal view because of the S curve approaching 242.
