LS&I #23 as M&HM

For a time after its abandonment by the LS&I, the Marquette, MI-Big Bay line was operated a a tourist line by the Marquette & Huron Mountain Railroad. Here is LS&I 2-8-0 #23 in the yard at Marquette. Ex-LS&I steam locomotives survive in 2007 on the Grand Canyon and Western Maryland Scenic Railways.
