End of a long journey here for the two Wilton Scenic RDC's that were purchased by the Newport Dinner Train. The first barge that arrived would not fit into the slip at Hinckley Yacht as indicated by the perplexed look on the barge and tugboat crew. Next day a diver removed several steel rods protruding out the side of the barge.
