PASSENGER EXTRA ON THE POCONO NORTHEASTA one-car excursion, using privately-owned ex-Amtrak coach "Southwind" on the PNER between Wilkes-Barre and Pittston, PA. PNER provided short-line service in the Wyoming Valley of Pennsylvania. Its lines are now operated by Delaware-Lackawanna.
