What The Heck Are We Doing Out On A Morning Like This???

Actually it wasn't that cold and the wind hadn't kicked up at all yet. It's 0816 hrs and NJT X-133 is entering the yard at Waldwick with PL42AC #4004 leading. She'll come out about 40 minutes or so later as eastbound NJT Train 1212.
