New VRE Coaches V710 and V711 Trail PO30 at Cumberland, MD

This is a shot of VRE V710 on the end of Amtrak PO30 at Cumberland. The empty baggage car was used as a buffer for the new cars since no passengers were aboard. PO30 was late again. Time is 1:36pm.
