KANCAMAGUS'S smokebox and tubes

Here you can see the smoke tubes. The smoke and hot gases(from the firebox)pass through these tubes and out the chimney. Surrounding these tubes is the boiler. The heat is transferred from these tubes to the water using the principles of thermal dynamics.
