Portland Coal

The NS coal train bound for Portland Pa is seen here along river road in Phillipsburg NJ as it heads north up the Portland Secondary. This train is only half its original length because the other half was left in NS's hudson yard. Power for the train was NS SD70M-2, BNSF SD70MAC, CEFX SD40-2, an NS ES40DC's in Primer as well as an NS C40-9W in primer. Every locomotive on this train is a different type.
