When I got to Plainfield on the morning of August 18th, 2006, I was dissappointed to find heavy cloud cover, but after having driven all the way down there, I decided to stay and chase NR-2 anyway. As it turned out, the clouds cleared out nicely about the time NR-2 passed through the Submarine Base, and the rest of the day turned out to be quite nice.
