It's come a long way from the rusted hulk in faded Delaware & Hudson blue that arrived in Oregon after a long trip from Mexico in April 2000. Now, PA1 NKP #190 continues to take shape under the guiding hand of Doyle McCormack and his volunteer crew at the Brooklyn Roundhouse in Portland.

Here the classic ALCO gets a touch up for the 2005 NRHS national convention. Later that week, it was one of the stars of the night photo shoot held at the roundhouse.
