Caboose on rear of cut of wood chip cars heading to McNeil generating station

Thee caboose is to carry the crew that unloads the woodchip cars when the train gets to the McNeil generating station in Burlington, VT. They had 21 of these cars made up and the reporting marks are MCNX for the McNeil plant. They are loaded on a siding south of Swanton, VT.
