P&W B39-8 3907 waits for 3904 to cross the Middletown diamond, before it will go to the Mattabassett Water Treatment plant, to pick up two empties that will then go to the Middletown Sewer Department. 3904 is going over the Connecticut River to switch Stone Container and Murphy Road Recycling. Both locomotives were from the same train, CT-1.
