RE: Nashuatelegraph.com: Who tends to the railroad tracks?

From what I understand,the editorial was writen by the father of a teen who drove across this non-maintained crossing at the corner of Franklin & Charles. Front St. actually ends a few hundred feet past the RR crossing. One would have to continue on private property to reach this no longer used crossing.Note: I did not witness the reported event or aftermath.
