MBTA F40PH-2C 1060 died on train 806 at East Junction, train 808 had to rescue it and they are 1 1/2 hour late......... the double draft train (808 in front pulling 806) depart Mansfield as a EXTRA waits to head down Track 2 on the NEC, the EXTRA has the P&W units that the MBTA leased for the rail train
