Point TupperThe Tupper Spur was built in the modern era to service a heavy water plant (since closed) and coal fired power plant. A gas fractionation plant has replaced the heavy water plant, and coal is now unloaded from ships for the power plant. But the coal is also loaded into hoppers to be transported by rail to other power plants in the province.
