In this picture its hard to tell whos railroad this is. Pan Am/Guilford freight WASE is seen passing through the Willows with an NS C40-9W helping out. WASE has the NS C40-9W #9923, MEC GP40's 354, 511, 321, 305 powering the train. Waiting for them to clear is a 2nd WASE with more borrowed power in the form of BNSF C44-9's #'s 4338 and #4523.
