SNCF freight yards.

A view of a French National Railways (SNCF) freight yard at Place de Clichy in Montmarte, Paris. Smaller than the standard American freight car and equipped with european style large push-bumpers, I was surprised at the speed in which the cars would collide as they were remotely coupled. I'll bet a few bottles of Beaujolais got broken in that yard ! (by accident)
