Shelburne Falls MassachusettsBuilt in 1934 by the Baldwin Locomotive Works of Philadelphia PA., It was the first of only two self-firing Steam Locomotives built in the U.S.A..
From 1934 to 1948 it worked as the Standard Steel Works switcher in Burnham PA., From 1948 to 1970 it belonged to the Wickwire Spencer Wire mill in Palmer Mass., from 1970 to 1998 it was on exhibit at the Valley Railroad in Essex Ct.. It was privatly owned and donated to the Shelburne Trolley museum in 1998.
