Conrail train WNDA-7 is eastbound to Danbury at Joe's Hill Rd, in Brewster, NY about 2 miles from the state line with Connecticut. A pair of GP38-2's lead the train,
which was something of a rarity, as B23-7's were the usual power for the Danbury trains.
