This CR #6520 (probably a U28-C) heads a group of GE U series that's taking a westbound consist of freight - basically Illinois Central piggybacks - on the Boston line.
Note: this CR #6520 was later renumbered to 6820 to make room for a group of SD40-2's CR got between 1977 and 1979.
