SCR 222 and 228 are hauling 21 loads of coal to a Nova Scotia Power plant, and are about to pass under the highway viaduct. On the left is the remains of the Sydney Steel Mill, and to the right are the houses of Whitney Pier, home to steel workers for 100 years.
