Former New Haven RR RDC sits in the station area.

I have received a couple questions as to whether or not this was a former New Haven RDC because of the stripe painted end. But video footage shot the same day clearly shows the "New Haven" below the roof blister.

There is also a photo of PENN CENTRAL RDC 172 taken by Jay Potter in February 1975 near Kingston RI with the striped end and still bearing the NEW HAVEN name published on page 204 of the 1975 book NEW ENGLAND DIESELS by Dave ALbert and George F Melvin through George R Cockle and Associates Publishing.

This leaves me to suppose that PC may have had the stripes added.
