Dawn finds NBSR train 902 at Brownville finishing switching the train in preparation to head towards the border. Power on todays train is GP-38-2 2317, 2318, 2319 and GP-38-3 9803. It was cold this morning, with the thermometer on the crew shack reading -2F.
