Shortest Day of the Year - 3

Although the GP9s have replaced most of the RS-23s, one is still used at the dumper in Hantsport. Even though it looks like 8042 is helping to push the train up the hill, it's actually being transported from the maintenance base at Windsor to Hantsport where it will be swapped with another 8000.
