On a VERY rainy Tuesday, CT-1x makes "several" attempts to head north on the Hartford (Valley) Line through Cromwell, only to stall out on the hill before Field Road. The "power" didn't have any power and the slippery rail didn't help much, either. After backing down a few times, it was successful in BARELY making the crossing at Field Road and getting to Hartford.
