Thus bridge was once part of the Air Line trackage that went from New Haven, CT - Middletown - Willimantic - Putnam - Blackstone, MA that was used by the New Haven RR. This one of many bridges that still exist along this line, this picture was taken from Canal Street in Woonsocket, RI
