Hancock Tower from the Capital Limited [1 of 6] Approaching Hancock Tower on CSX. I was standing just out of the frame to the left when I took the series of pictures taken on the morning of Sep 10th. The camera is lookng west back towards Cumberland. It's about 10am and the Limit is headed to DC at around 50MPH. /DL Photographed by David Larrabee, June 20, 2005.
