CSX - Martinsburg, WVA from the Capitol Limited It is mid day on a Monday so MARC's 'Parking Lot' is nearly empty. Last time I was here this area had a couple of rusting sidings and a lot of weeds. During my 9 hears in Maryland MARC has improved its infrastructure considerably.
