Local B470 returns from palmer with interchange cars from the NECR. The B39-8, CSOR 8579 is being ferried from the NECR where it was in St. Albans for repairs. He will cross over from 1 to 2 at CP99 then head out to CP100 and back off on the 4 side from there.
