The big Green one...

Hello, here is a shot of the old Rt. one Highway bridge in Bath, Me. Unused for traffice for years now the New bridge is higher than this one and does not open to let ships pass by. The only reason this bridge still stands today is because it also doubles as a Railroad Bridge. Maine Eastern uses this bridge very often to cross the Kennebec River. Hopfully they continue their passenger services on the Rockland/Brunswick branch again this summer of 2005. 35mm
