Just in time...

Well as I was taking the shot of the new passenger platform I heard a train horn and there she was - a Maine Eastern train heading out from Dragon cemnet in Rockland, Me. Hopefully the passenger train will run again this year?

[Archive maintainer note: Jean-Denis Bachand reports that this is a former Canadian Pacific unit. It is a MLW C-424 and was the same number, CP 4228. It was retired in the late 90's and sold to Maine Eastern later. Many of CP's B-B units (RS-23, RS-18u and C-424) were sold to regional railways, while very few of their C-C units were sold and most were scrapped.]
