Amtrak P32 707

707 idles in the snow at Albany, NY. This was the 3rd to last Phase III unit to be overhauled and repainted. Seems that no one at Beech Grove had the sense to give it a fresh coat of this paint.

Photographed by Bob Beaumont, January 20, 2003.
Added to the photo archive by Bob Beaumont, December 21, 2004.
Railroad: Amtrak.
