Amtrak PO30 heads East out of Cumberland

Amtrak PO30 passes an empty coal hopper train waiting for the old B&O CPL Signal to go green at Mexico Farms. The empty hoppers are headed for the West Virginia coal mines on the Mountain Subdivision.
