This photo shows the old Rock Island Depot at Little Rock being renovated to be used as part of the new Clinton Presidential Library. Another building can be seen in the background. This building, under construction when the shot was taken, will be the "Bridge to the Future" building. The Clinton Presidentail Library opened November 18, 2004.
