Bangor & Aroostook freight house at Dover-Foxcroft, ME.

The Bangor & Piscataquis RR came to Foxcroft in 1869. This freight house was built across from the B & P station. When the Maine Central RR came to Dover, a half mile to the west of this station, the two roads combined their stations at Dover. Located on the Greenville Branch of the Bangor & Aroostook, the remainder of which from Mile G 22 to Derby, was abandoned in 1964.
