Already rebuilt at LEAST once (by M-K) Rohr Turbo Liner Power Cars 2131 (and 2129, I think) are seen sitting forlornly outside of the SUper Steel Schenectady plant in Scotia, NY alongside of Guilford's equally forlorn Rotterdam Branch, waiting for their turn to be rebuilt, which may never come.
