"Sow's Ear?"

Bill Losee pulls back the masking tape exposing the "cat's whisker's" stripes on the E-9 that the New York Central NEVER had. The NYC never owned ANY E-9's. E-7's and E-8's, yes. The last, and highest number E-8 was the 4095, therefore, this unit will become NYC 4096.
