The derail and a cut of cars at "Millis Switch" in Medfield, MA

The location known as Medfield Junction is actually comprised of 2 "railroad locations", namely "Millis Switch" and "Medfield Jct.", though these 2 turnouts are separated by perhaps only 200 feet of CSX's Framingham Secondary. Here is a cut of cars sitting just past the derail at "Millis Switch", meaning that they're on BCLR's Millis line, awaiting pickup by CSX. On the headpin are 2 CHVX covered hoppers, brought down to the junction from Newton by Bay Colony earlier that day. Behind the 2 Newton's are 16 or 18 outbound Millis cars, both loads and empties.
