CP 413

CP 413 was running ahead of the 165, but due to a Telemetry device problem, they were limited to a max speed of 30 MPH. The dispatcher decided that they were going to have 413 wait in the Oneonta siding and have 165 run around him. Having never been to Oneonta before, we got somewhat lost and had to settle for a crappy shot of the 165 passing the 413, but after a few more minutes of aimless driving we found this location just north of CPF 554 for the departing 413.
