A westbound BRC transfer pounds across Hayford Crossing

This westbound freight on BRC's mainline pounds across Hayford Crossing, which is the intersection of the CN (ex-GTW) and BRC. The Belt's massive Clearing Yard facility starts here, and continues another 4 miles to the west. In this spot, the BRC main is 4 tracks wide, and there are no less than 7 main yard leads from BRC's Clearing that feed into the mainline immediately west of here. That CP train in the background is about to roll off one of those 7 leads, bang a right, and head down the CN/GTW mainline. Hayford was busy this morning!
